At Khayabaan, we ensure that refunds are processed smoothly and efficiently. Should you need a refund for any reason, we will return the amount to the original mode of payment you used during the booking. Please allow us upto 7 days for the transaction to be processed, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. At Khayabaan, you can cancel your booking without any charges if you do so at least 10 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your reservation, please use our booking management tool or contact our customer service team for assistance.
